Nicole dabbled in acting in her youth, and is highly regarded for her singing among anyone unfortunate to be stuck in a car with her. But she steers her talents behind-the-scenes, marketing for Makeshift instead. She has a degree in English and Public Relations from Boston University, and has worked in Boston's theatre district for over ten years, from marketing and sales, to box office and house management. Notable experience comes from the Boston Lyric Opera, which exposed her to all aspects of arts administration and made her realize which niche she wanted to be in. Many good times were had working at Blue Man Group and Shear Madness, many learning experiences took place at the Majestic Theatre, and her current position at the Citi Center provides an array or shows and audiences to work with.
